“English is now employed in small business interaction during the civilized environment, so offering it this sort of a status in Ukraine will encourage business enhancement, entice financial commitment and accelerate Ukraine’s European integration,” Shmyhal wrote on the Telegram messaging app with no detailing what the legislation would entail.
